it was nonstop this weekend, and by the time i got home from my mom's house, i was pooped! i slept at 730 last night!!! woke around 4:45 and got myself out of bed to go to the gym. but as i was brushing my teeth, my body was still TIRED and i was on my rag...so i decided not to go to golds. LOL, i know i know...it's bad, and the people there are probably wondering where i've been. this has been the longest hiatus that I've had with gold's. oh well, gotta workout harder at lunch and TONIGHT!
6:30 - 2 egg whites, and about to go get a chai tea with soy milk
10:05 - a cup of cereal with nonfat milk
11:30 - starting off month #2 of SELF cardio exercises. The first cardio exercises is 30 minutes doing intervals. My choice this time was 5 minute warm-up at 4mph. Then 6 intervals: 2 minutes at 8mph and 1 minute recovery at 6mph. it was freakin' hard. on my 5th interval i rested by switching it up(1 minute at 8mph and 2 minutes at 6mph). i finished the last interval strong though. it was torture! for the last 7 minutes, i cooled down at 4mph. afterwards, i worked on biceps for a good 30 minutes. definitely a good workout!!!
1:20 - veggie chili with some pretzels
2:35 - mangos and watermelon
3:10 - munchin on some almonds and pretzels at our 3' oclock meeting.
7:00 - 4oz piece of salmon with some green beans.
work up early to go to yoga.
7:30 - did 8 self strengthening exercises
9:00 - hot yoga ....this freakin' class didn't end till 11. it was difficult, but well worth it!!!
12:00- 5 - i've been eating AAAAALLL day. fruit, some vietnamese rice cakes with fish sauce, vietnamese salad, etc. the one bad thing i ate was a small piece of strawberry cake from peter's bakery. it didn't taste all that great.
work up early to go to yoga.

8:30 - aaaah, i ran the 10K!!! WOO HOO!! i barely finished under an hour. 59:33 was the time..i think. it was a very hard run, especially the 3rd and 4th mile. i'll be better prepared next time. WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO
11:30 - we headed to kim tar, and i just shared some egg noodles with tran.
2:00 - munchin' on some tarmarind and watermelon
6:00 - took tran's parents and my parents out to eat for their birthdays and mother day. we ate at gochi. it was greeeeeeat.
10:30 - had some starbucks and m&ms at the alicia keys concert. lol.
aah, i totally blew off gold's this week. next week, i'll be back. i blew off working out today too. if we don't do anything tonight, i'll be sure to do some strengthening exercises.
7:30 - bought a grande skinny vanilla latte with extra foam. im about 1/4 of the way through it.
9:30 - i had a DOOOONNUUUUUUUUUUUUUT.
12:30 - went to my favorite store again(tj's). got my current favorite salad, the reduced fat shrimp louie salad. only 230 calories with half the dressing!!!
3:00 - munchin on fruit lather
6:30 - ate half of my pho noodles with a cup of vietnamese coffee
6:30 - cereal with nonfat milk and im sippin' on my tall soy chai tea latte
10:00 - nonfat strawberry yogurt
11:30 - biked for 25 minutes, then lifted for 20 minutes
1:00 - watermelon, strawberries, and a handful of pretzels...HAD NO TIME TO EAT REAL FOOD!!
4:20 - scarfed down my reduced fat shrimp louie salad. it was soooooooooo good.
6:00 - so sean, tran, and i ran around the lundy area. we did a slow jog for about 4.2 miles. the boys did a good job. i was proud of them!!! lol. hopefully they won't be too sore, because i don't want to hear any excuses about Saturday. i heard enough of it before we did the run today.
8:00 - had a bowl of chili, a lot of watermelon, and munched on tamarind.
my body is sore! i haven't been able to wake up early enough to head to gold's. we'll see how i do the rest of the week.

okay, people dissed out on me to run today, so i got SUUUPPPPER LAZY. i got tran and sean to run with me tomorrow evening. HAHAHA, i mapped out the route, and it's 4.2 miles. we'll see how long we last. **SIGH**
12:00 - 6" inch subway sandwich(turkey with cheese on honey oat bread. ALL VEGGIES and fat-free honey mustard). YUMMMMYY! munched on some fruit lather from tj
5:00 - worked on 8 SELF strengthening exercises for an hour. added jump rope and push ups to the mix.
7:00 - aaah, dinner was yummy. i had about 3 oz. of top sirloin steak with sweet potato fries and veggie chili.
i slept a lot last night. when i woke up at 4:30 i was still tired, so i decided to stay home and not head to the gym. i have a lot of time to exercise today, so i'm not too worried.
7:00 - 1 cup of cereal with non-fat milk. sippin' on my grande skinny vanilla latte w/ extra foam. i probably won't be drinkin' all of it. i don't know why i always buy a grande.
10:00 - 3 egg whites
11:15 - circuit trained for 25 minutes(NON-STOP). it was killer. then i ran for 25 minutes and walked for 10 minutes.
1:00 - a small bowl of chili with some salad, 3/4 of a whole wheat pita bread, and an apple
4:30 - 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie
4:40 - immediately after i went to the gym to do 6 self strengthening exercises. i couldn't finish the other 2 because i didn't have time.
5:30 - HOT YOGA: geez, today was like advanced yoga. i sure picked the right class to come back too! LOL. it was killer and i was super HUNGRY. but it was worth it.
7:30 - 3/4 of my whole wheat pita bread with veggie chili. munched on a bag of tamarind.
this week is going to be killer. imma work my ass off at the gym this week. need to get back to losing those 10 pesky pounds. during our chicago vacay, i had lots of fried food, ice cream, bomb ass pizza, and two hot dogs. we walked a lot, so i consider that part of my exercise. although we drank a lot too, so maybe it evens out. lol. gonna run today and get back into yoga this week.
7:00 - i need my caffeine!! grande skinny vanilla latte.
9:30 - oatmeal
11:30 - my goal at the gym today was to run 40 minutes straight. i only did 35, which means i have to do this over again on Thursday. BAD STEPH. not bad though for not running for a few days. i also walked briskly for 10 minutes, and did a cool down for 2 minutes.
1:00 - had chicken curry couscous.
4:00 - snackin' on tamarind while i watch oprah
7:00 - a small bowl of wonton egg noodle soup made by my mother. i had three small bites of chocolate cake. it was my mom's bday.
5:00 - ran for 40 minutes
7:30 - went to the breakfast buffett. i had lots of fruit, a small bowl of cereal, and half of the half egg mcmuffin. also ordered a grande SFV caramel machiatto(extra foam).
12:00 - roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese on wheat bread
5:00 - okay...here is a TFG move. we left on-time today, so i decided to drive to newport beach. for what you ask? hahahha, i bought cupcakes at SPRINKLES!!! lol. i bought 5 of them. didn't eat any yet, and knew i was being a fat girl, so i found a trader joe's and bought my reduced fat shrimp louie salad.
7:00 - got back to the hotel and walked on the treadmill for 50 minutes. i gotta earn my cupcake!!!
8:00 - worked a little while eating dinner. ate my vanilla chocolate cupcake.
