boo mondays...
5:00 - worked on triceps then did elliptical for 30 minutes
6:30 - a banana and tall soy chai tea latte
9:30 - some oatmeal
11:15 - i had an egg white, and a couple of dove chocolates(freakin' manager stocked it up again over the weekend!)
11:40 - ran and walked for 30 minutes, then did a tricep exercise
12:40 - veggie chili
3:00 - a cutie and lots of chocolate.
6:00 - had a bowl of noodle soup at the in-laws.
