i completely ditched out on going to yoga yesterday because mai called to have breakfast. i didn't go to the gym this morning either...oh well. i'll workout at lunch and i got yoga tonight.
6:10 - a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and half of my non-fat grande SFV caramel machiatto ;-)
10 - munched on some pretzels
11:30 - so i tried the exercises in the SELF magazine. First I warm-uped for 5 minutes, ran for 15 minutes at 7.0, then cooled down for 5 minutes. afterwards, i did 8 different types of exercises(10 reps for each exercise). i don't know the names of them, but it targeted all muscle areas. felt good, although i don't know if i was doing them right. i'll watch the videos tonight.
2:30 - chicken salad and munched on some cradburry easter eggs, lol
5:30 - hot yoga
8:00 - same dinner as last time, bun thang
