5:00 - worked on shoulders, then did elliptical for 30 minutes
7:15 - low sugar oatmeal
10:00 - yogurt
12:30 - veggie soup and a cutie
3:30 - a couple of cuties
7:00 - 3/4 of my chicken enchilada with reduced-fat cheese and non-fat sour cream.
8:00 - we had avocados, so i made an avocado shake. avocado is healthy, the condensed milk is not..heehehe. pretty yummy though.
