6:30 - cereal with nonfat milk and im sippin' on my tall soy chai tea latte
10:00 - nonfat strawberry yogurt
11:30 - biked for 25 minutes, then lifted for 20 minutes
1:00 - watermelon, strawberries, and a handful of pretzels...HAD NO TIME TO EAT REAL FOOD!!
4:20 - scarfed down my reduced fat shrimp louie salad. it was soooooooooo good.
6:00 - so sean, tran, and i ran around the lundy area. we did a slow jog for about 4.2 miles. the boys did a good job. i was proud of them!!! lol. hopefully they won't be too sore, because i don't want to hear any excuses about Saturday. i heard enough of it before we did the run today.
8:00 - had a bowl of chili, a lot of watermelon, and munched on tamarind.

ive started drinking that chrstal lite mango/peach/green tea with caffine in it to boot metabolism it says but im hungryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
i want a cheeseburger LOL but i dont eat meat
i may have to go back on fat smash diet cuz im sick of not eating volume
