5:00 - did speed intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Then worked on back for another 20.
7:00 - got a soy chai tea latte(no water)
9:45 - peaches n cream oatmeal
11:30 - did circuit training for 30 minutes
12:40 - had a vegetable salad from starbucks. not too bad. now im eating some chocolate(DOVE).
2:20 - an apple
6:00 - lots of cuties
8:30 - lots of bread, some calamari, and lobster ravioli
