TGIF - Cardio and Yoga day
5:00 - ran for 25 minutes then biked for 20 minutes. felt pretty damn good!
7:00 - about to go get a caramel machiatto, heehehehe
9:00 - snacked on some pretzels
12:00 - hot yoga. boy was it hard, and i was soooo hungry. i need to eat a better breakfast if i do yoga during lunch
1:30 - an apple, and 2 eggs.
4:00 - i know i snacked on some things, but i don't remember what
7:00 - 1/3 of my roast duck noodle soup, and half of my original size orange dream machine. i know, weird combo
