6:30 - a banana
7:00 - soy chai tea latte
5:00 - worked on shoulders, then did stairmaster and treadmill for a combination of 30 minutes. ya ya ya...it was a half ass workout
7:00 - soy chai tea latte and half a scone
9:45 - a banana
12:00 - tuna sandwich on 9 grain
5:00 - biked for 30 minutes, then worked on back
6:40 - a banana
7:15 - soy chai tea latte
9:45 - oatmeal
10:45 - some dove chocolate and an egg white. good pre-workout meal huh?
11:30 - circuit training, then ran a quick mile
12:45 - 2 cuties, some pretzels. i should eat my veggie chili right now.
3:00 - some snacks
6:30 - chicken curry with bac choy and a little bit of rice
5:00 - worked on triceps then did elliptical for 30 minutes
6:30 - a banana and tall soy chai tea latte
9:30 - some oatmeal
11:15 - i had an egg white, and a couple of dove chocolates(freakin' manager stocked it up again over the weekend!)
11:40 - ran and walked for 30 minutes, then did a tricep exercise
12:40 - veggie chili
3:00 - a cutie and lots of chocolate.
6:00 - had a bowl of noodle soup at the in-laws.
5:00 - worked on shoulders, then elliptical for 30 minutes
7:00 - our building owners brought us breakfast, so i'm eating a bagel, some fruit and half a danish. :-)
10:00 - 2 cuties
11:45- brown fried rice with bbq chicken. YUMMY!
5:00 - worked on biceps then elliptical and stairmaster for 30 minutes
6:40 - a banana and soy chai tea latte.
9:30 - oatmeal
11:20 - pre-workout meal: some pretzels and a cutie
11:40 - ran for 20 minutes, then did boot camp for 40 minutes
2:00 - ive only had 3 rolos and a cutie. not good.
6:30 - half a banana
7:30 - a cup of starbucks coffee with sugar free vanilla and a splash of non-fat milk
10:00 - had a couple of cuties
12:00 - ate at the google cafe. it was pretty yummy, especially the tuna and hamachi sashimi. i had 3/4 of an its-it. ;-)
2:50 - had two cutties, and two dove chocolates.
3:30 - had a couple more dove chocolates
6:00 - a slice of the chicken pot pie that i made, and some chips. munched down some cuties too. looks like i gotta go back to costco and stock up.
5:00 - did speed intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Then worked on back for another 20.
7:00 - got a soy chai tea latte(no water)
9:45 - peaches n cream oatmeal
11:30 - did circuit training for 30 minutes
12:40 - had a vegetable salad from starbucks. not too bad. now im eating some chocolate(DOVE).
2:20 - an apple
6:00 - lots of cuties
8:30 - lots of bread, some calamari, and lobster ravioli
5:00 - worked on triceps then did elliptical for 30 minutes
7:00 - had a tall soy no water chai, and half a lemon cheesecake bar. i'll save the other half for later ;-), and i'll eat my banana.
9:50 - apple and cinnamon oatmeal
11:40 - ran and walked for 40 minutes
12:55 - about to eat my leftover salad from last night.
1:45 - some dove chocolate and 1/4 of a piece of gooey chocolate cookie
4:00 - had a couple caramel chocolate cookies. YUM
7:00 - steak salad and some sweet potato fries.
5:00 - worked on back for about 10 minutes, then did the stairmaster for 20 minutes. walked on the treadmill for another 20.
7:30 - went to starbucks this morning and got myself a soy chai latte and half a lemon scone.
