6:30 - BANANA
7:00 - went to starbucks, and picked up a tall chai tea non-fat latte(4 pumps of chai). i'm only gonna have 1/3 of it.
10:50 - oatmeal
11:10 - worked on triceps, then ran for 20 minutes. then did bootcamp for 40 minutes! i feel greeeaaaat!
1:00 - some cuties
2:00 - an apple and some pretzels
7:00 - aaah!! dinner was great. next time, i think i'll make this instead of going out. i bought clam chowder from fish markd, got a lobster from 99 ranch, and skirt steak wrapped in bleu cheese(from tjs). i had half of my serving of my steak. didn't like it too much, BUT the lobster was DELICIOUS!!!!!! AAAAH, i want more!!!! so buttery and the texture was great!

man, i should of gotten up to go to the gym. it's not like i can sleep pass 5AM. oh well, imma do major cardio at lunch.
9:30 - oatmeal
11:40 - ran 5k then walked for 10 minutes.
12:30 - i'm so freakin' hungry! literally shakin' hungry! eating an apple.
2:30 - two egg whites and some pretzels. also eating some brown rice and chicken curry.
5:00 - had some tamarine
7:30 - we went to a pre-valentine day dinner at a french restaurant called gervia. it was yummy. i had some bread, salad, and my seafood soup. its called something fancy in french but i dont know how to spell it. lol. neways, i ate about half the seafood, and not much of the broth.
5:00 - worked on back, then did elliptical for 30 minutes
6:45 - BANANA
9:00 - had a handful of pretzels and half of my oatmeal.
10:15 - an egg white
11:30 - went to sweet tomatos. i had the veggie soup, a salad, and 3 blueberry muffins
3:00 - a few pieces of tamarine.
6:30 - i made a bbq chicken pizza tonight. the dough was made with whole wheat flour(from trader joe's). it's pretty healthy since there's only bbq sauce, chicken breast, cumin, and chili powder. i DID put lite shredded cheese on it. i made a big one, and ate two small squares. YUMMY!
last week was so crazy, i totally did not eat healthy. maybe because i knew i had a run on saturday, so that gave me an excuse to pig out. plus it was new years, and i couldn't miss all the good food. saturday, we ran a 10k. we started the race late, but i still managed to finish it in an hour. i think that might be 8 minutes better than the last run. woo hoo! surprisingly, i'm not sore. :-) this week is the week to eat better. gotta get the body ready for my vacation in march!
5:00 - worked on biceps and elliptical for 20 minutes.
7:00 - BANANA and some pretzels.
10:00 - my coworker brought in home baked chocolate chip cookies, so i had one.
1:30 - had an apple
5:00 - got home and ate my lunch...some spaghetti meat sauce with whole wheat pasta
8:00 - too full to have dinner, so i had some cheese and multi gran crackers
I hope the year of the mouse brings everyone love, luck, and joy.
5:00 - Went to the gym this morning. Felt so good! Worked on shoulders and elliptical for 30 minutes
7:20 - cream puff for breakfast. :-)

4:00 - went to bead papas and had a cream puff!! YUMMY. brought some home for my family for new years
6:00 - had beef stew, and a cream puff again. :-)
i've decided to splurge for this rest of the week since it's new years. can't have any fun celebrating w/o eating all the good food that comes around our house.
i think i'm in the mood of celebrating since vietnamese new year and valentines are just around the corner. it makes me eat more! lol. i was lazy again this morning to head to the gym, so i will workout extra hard at lunch. hopefully there will be circuit training today.

9:55 - bottom half of my multi-gran whole wheat bagel with some low-fat cream cheese.
11:15 - ran 5k
12:20 - aah, just got back from the gym, and what do i find in our offices. a big bag of pretzels, a container full of nuts, and a REALLY BIG BAG of dove chocolate!!! gggrrrrr....im already munchin' on the pretzels. i'll eat 2 egg whites as well.
3:00 - i had chocolate!!! BAD
6:00 - ate some veggie soup.
gosh, this weekend did not help my diet. i totally did not portion control, and ate a lot of fatty/sugary foods. gotta focus this week.

11:30 - yay, i made it to the gym. i worked on triceps then ran/walked for 30 minutes.
3:00 - i snacked on a bag of cheez-its!!! not good.
4:30 - some tamarine
7:00 - had 2 orders of banh beo and banh bot lot. it was YUMMY! can't wait to go again.
5:00 - worked on triceps, then speed walked for 25 minutes
7:30 - blueberry coffeecake from hobbees! i couldn't resist. i bought a whole tray for the team.
11:30 - sweet tomatos: soup, salad, small pieces of bread, and a blueberry muffin.
