            <p>Okay, the last two weeks have been a total disaster.&#160; From eating out too much, enjoying desserts, and not hitting the gym as hard as I used to.&#160; I weighed myself this morning, and I&#39;m at 114!!!!&#160; My threshold was 110. I bet it was the In-and-Out, Starbucks, Red Robin, and Cuban Food while I was in L.A.&#160; TSK TSK TSK!</p><p>I am now determined to lose 10lbs.&#160; This should be easy, because I do exercise a lot, and I got a lot of events coming up that I need to train for.&#160; Plus, I added HOT YOGA to my workout! :-)&#160; The only difficult thing is curving the sweet cravings.&#160; Anytime I want something sweet, I should be able to have it, I just gotta portion control!&#160; AAAH, that&#39;s gonna be the hardest part.&#160; I need to cut out the vermicelli noodles too.&#160; BOOOOOO!</p><p>5:00 - worked on biceps, then did the SELF challenge cardio workout</p><p>7:00 - banana and half of my nonfat strawberry yogurt</p><p>9:30 - a hard-boiled egg and half of my low-sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal</p><p>1:00 - veggie chili</p><p>4:30 - an apple</p><p>5:30 - hot yoga</p><p>8:00 - brown rice with veggies and lean beef</p><p>8:30 - some grapes</p><p>I should of had my treat, but I was doing so well.&#160; I can&#39;t deprive my self, so there is always tomorrow! ;-)<br /> </p>

            <p>7:00 - half of my grande non-fat SFV caramel machiatto, a banana, and half a crumb donut.</p><p>11:30 - went to sweet tomatoes.&#160; had spinach salad and the wonton salad.&#160; 2 cups of veggie soup with some bread, and 3 blueberry muffins.&#160; LOL</p><p>7:00 - had two chicken/shrimp fajitas.&#160; they were huge, but oh so delicious.&#160; no cheese, but i did put guac.&#160; i also had a lemon cookie<br /> </p>

            <p>slept in this morning, i&#39;ll workout at lunch and i got hot yoga tonight</p><p>6:30 - a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and half of my tall sfv non-fat caramel machiatto</p><p>10:00 - a banana, and some cadburry easter eggs(the small one&#39;s)</p><p>11:15 - ran for 25 minutes: 10 minutes at 5mph. intervals at for 12 minutes: stayed at 5mph but uped the elevation to 6.&#160; walked at 4mph for 3 minutes.&#160; i then did those 8 different weight exercises.</p><p>1:00 - lunch was so bad.&#160; i just picked up whatever was in the customer meeting.&#160; 3 raviolis, 2 pieces of sliced ham, 2 pieces of artichoke hearts, and a big cookie.</p><p>5:30 - hot yoga!</p><p>7:30 - i got togos for dinner.&#160; turkey sandwich(open faced).&#160; i threw away the top part of the whole wheat bread.&#160; for dessert, i had a lemon cookie!</p><p><br /> </p>

            <p>5:00 - treadmill for 25 minutes - warmed up for 5 minutes at 4.0mph, did 3 intervals(2 minutes at 7.0mph, 4 minutes at 5.0mph). cooled down at 4.0mph for 2 minutes, then walked it off for another 5 minutes at 2.0mph.&#160; i did back exercises afterwards</p><p>7:00 - BANANA and half of my grande SFV non-fat caramel machiatto</p><p>i didn&#39;t have a mid-morning snack because i was sooo damn busy</p><p>11:30 - bun thit nuong at a vietnamese restaurant.&#160; didn&#39;t eat all the noodles</p><p>7:00 - so damn hungry!!&#160; had 3 turkey sliders, a bowl of salad, and 2 lemon girl scout cookies.&#160; YUM-O!<br /> </p>

            <p>i woke up this morning feeling sore, so i didn&#39;t work out this morning...BOOOO</p><p>6:30 - a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter on it.&#160; half of my grande non-fat chai tea latte.</p><p>11:30 - did bootcamp for 40 minutes...too lazy to run</p><p>12:30 - salad from trader joes</p><p>2:30 - munched on pretzels and some chocolate...i need to stop eating this stuff!</p><p>6:30 - i had bun thang again.&#160; tran made other food for the boys, but i wanted soup</p><p>8:00 - made cinnabons with jaryn, lol.&#160; it consisted of white bread, peanut butter, cinnamon, and sugar.&#160; i had one slice, pretty tasty!&#160; next time i&#39;ll make it with wheat bread.<br /> </p>

            <p>i completely ditched out on going to yoga yesterday because mai called to have breakfast.&#160; i didn&#39;t go to the gym this morning either...oh well.&#160; i&#39;ll workout at lunch and i got yoga tonight.</p><p>6:10 - a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, and half of my non-fat grande SFV caramel machiatto ;-)</p><p>10 - munched on some pretzels</p><p>11:30 - so i tried the exercises in the SELF magazine.&#160; First I warm-uped for 5 minutes, ran for 15 minutes at 7.0, then cooled down for 5 minutes.&#160; afterwards, i did 8 different types of exercises(10 reps for each exercise). i don&#39;t know the names of them, but it targeted all muscle areas.&#160; felt good, although i don&#39;t know if i was doing them right.&#160; i&#39;ll watch the videos tonight.</p><p>2:30 - chicken salad and munched on some cradburry easter eggs, lol</p><p>5:30 - hot yoga</p><p>8:00 - same dinner as last time, bun thang</p><p><br /> </p>

            <p>5:00 - ran for 25 minutes then biked for 20 minutes.&#160; felt pretty damn good!</p><p>7:00 - about to go get a caramel machiatto, heehehehe</p><p>9:00 - snacked on some pretzels</p><p>12:00 - hot yoga.&#160; boy was it hard, and i was soooo hungry.&#160; i need to eat a better breakfast if i do yoga during lunch</p><p>1:30 - an apple, and 2 eggs.</p><p>4:00 - i know i snacked on some things, but i don&#39;t remember what</p><p>7:00 - 1/3 of my roast duck noodle soup, and half of my original size orange dream machine.&#160; i know, weird combo<br /> </p>
