5:00 - worked on triceps and shoulders. elliptical for 30 minutes
7:10 - tall soy no water chai(extra foam) and a banana
10:00 - oatmeal
11:40 - ordered a half salad/half sandwich at togos(turkey avocado on honey wheat bread). i ate some of the salad, and 3/4 of my sandwich.
2:00 - had some chococlate(tsk tsk) and an egg white
4:00 - an apple
7:00 - boy was i hungry! not sure why, but i killed my steak. it wasn't a huge piece, but i usually get full after eating half of it. it was pretty yummy! i had salad and sweet potato fries too.
5:00 - did speed intervals for 30 minutes. i started from 6.0 to 7.5. half way thru, i did 4.0 to 7.5. then towards the end i did 7.5 to 6.0. i lifted for 20 minutes afterwards.
6:45 - a banana, and half of my grande caramel machiatto(2 pumps SFV and 2 pumps vanilla/nonfat)
10:00 - some pretzels
11:45 - an egg white
1:00 - brown rice and the other half of my chicken breast(leftovers from last night). and 2 dove chocolates.
5:30 - hot yoga
7:10 - had half an apple in the car...so hungry!
7:40 - spaghetti made with whole wheat pasta and lean ground beef
8:30 - some tamarine. ;-)
and ready to workout!!! well, not today, but tomorrow!!! i'm reenergized and about to try a whole lotta different exercise routines. but i gotta remember to keep running. last week before i went on vacation, i was really lazy and i couldn't even finish a mile. talk about not being motivated! BLEH! but i'm ready to kick ass, and open to anything new and exciting. i was reading SELF magazine on my way home yesterday and they have this cool 1 month exercise program i think imma try out. they'll have a new exercise program each month for the rest of the summer, so i think imma try that. my body needs to be shocked!
oooh, i should add that i did do a little bit of exercising while on vacation. the first day we got to TCI, we couldn't check into our rooms, so we rented bikes. it was fun, and boy was i sweating. i need to get comfortable on a bike, or else i'll fall flat on my face for muddy buddy. we also ran on the beach twice. it wasn't that long of a distrance, but it was something. i blame it on tran...he couldn't hang! hahhaha, j/k....sorta ;-)
i didn't pig out too much on this vacation(not like europe). everything was pretty healthy, except for the occasional fries, desserts, and pina coladas. gotta fill the stomach after a hard day at the beach!
6:40 - a bagel with low fat cream cheese and half of my grande soy chai tea latte
12:20 - salad from trader joes
1:30 - an apple
2:20 - cranberry dunker(tsk tsk)
4:30 - snacked on some tamarine when i got home. i had a couple hershey kisses too!
7:00 - half a chicken breast with montreal seasoning on it. some veggies and sweet potato fries.
5:30 - caramel machiatto(non-fat 2pump vanilla, 2pump SFV) and half a whole wheat sesame bagel
and i totally felt it at the gym this morning. i could not run the 5k straight(too many cramps!!). that's what i get for slacking a week.
5:00 - worked on triceps and biceps, ran/walked 5k
7:00 - got a grande non-fat caramel machiatto(half sf vanilla, half regular vanilla).
9:00 - oatmeal
11:00 - 2 egg whitse
12:20 - white curry chicken with couscous. i just had half of it.
5:30 - oh man, this yoga class was the hardest. i was sweating soooo much! and the moves were really difficult. goal is to be able to do all moves taught by cindy. **sigh**
8:00 - jamba juice and some salad.
