            <title>my day off!!</title>

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;yay, i made it to gold&amp;#39;s. hahah, only because i had the day off, and all the guys at gold&amp;#39;s knew it too.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:30 - ran/walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill. then worked on triceps for another 25 minutes.&amp;#160; let&amp;#39;s hope sean doesn&amp;#39;t diss out on running with me before we head to the city.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;9:30 - made myself an omelet with 2 eggs and a touch of milk.&amp;#160; i also had a tall 1 pump sugar free vanilla/non-fat caramel machiatto.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - went to lunch with sean and his coworker.&amp;#160; we ate at thai orchid.&amp;#160; we ordered the pad thai, spicy chicken fried rice, and thai basil chicken.&amp;#160; i only ate the pad thai and fried rice.&amp;#160; i haven&amp;#39;t had thai food in a long time, so i was a newbie drinking my water after every sip.&amp;#160; lol&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;and it&amp;#39;ll be short one.&amp;#160; my boss is taking our team to SeaBright for a late lunch.&amp;#160; then i&amp;#39;m heading home.&amp;#160; i was looking at the menu for seabright and aaah, it&amp;#39;s going to be hard to eat healthy there.&amp;#160; it&amp;#39;s a brewery, so what should i expect right?!&amp;#160; imma try to stay away from the fried food.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;since today is literally my friday, i bought donuts for everyone.&amp;#160; hopefully i won&amp;#39;t be tempted to eat one, so i&amp;#39;m eating my breakfast now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - caramel machiatto(non-fat, sugar-free, etc) and 2 hard boiled eggs&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:30 - munchin of veggies(carrots, celery, tomatoes, and cucumbers)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;12:15 - a glazed donut(i know...super bad!)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2:00 - so we got to seabright brewery.&amp;#160; i ordered the carribean chicken sandwich on whole wheat bun.&amp;#160; i ate all of the chicken, and 1/4 of the bun.&amp;#160; i also had a raspberry cider.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5:00 - munched on tamarind&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00- a very small bowl of pho&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;6:00 - scrambled egg and a tall soy chai tea latte&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;9:30 - 1 boiled egg and half a banana&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - did bike intervals for 35 minutes, then worked on back for 20 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1:00 - 1 boiled egg, then about 30 minutes later i had my salad and watermelon&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3:00 - a small handful of roasted almonds and cashews&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - some tamarind and cantelope&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - ran with sean for 3.8 miles&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:00 - brown rice turkey spaghetti.&amp;#160; the brown rice spaghetti is so good!&amp;#160; i&amp;#39;m glad i found something i liked!!!!&amp;#160; way better than whole wheat spaghetti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;aah, i hate the fact that i&amp;#39;m flying out tonight.&amp;#160; the next two weeks will definitely not be good for eating more &amp;quot;health conscience&amp;quot;, because i will be traveling a lot, and won&amp;#39;t have access to the good foods.&amp;#160; when i come back, this is when i will be cleaning out my pantry. :-)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:30 - banana and an egg white.&amp;#160; i was suppose to eat the whole egg, but i&amp;#39;m was so used to just throwing out the egg yolk, that it comes natural to me now.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:30 - gluten free cereal&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - did uphill intervals for 30 minutes.&amp;#160; worked on biceps and shoulders, then walked for another 30 minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1:15 - kale salad with tomatoes, cranberries, and pomegranate dressing.&amp;#160; watermelon for dessert.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4:00 - tarmarind&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:30 - made steak salad for myself, and steak with red rice for tran.&amp;#160; i had a couple bits of the red rice.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;8:20 - 2 hard boiled eggs.&amp;#160; i got lazy to make an omelet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;9:30 to 10:30 - went to starbucks and got a sugar free vanilla, non-fat caramel machiatto.&amp;#160; before my nutrition class, i had a small snack..yogurt, cantelope, and strawberries&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1:15 - spinach, romaine salad with kidney beans, eggs, celery, and corn.&amp;#160; topped with olive oil and balsamic vinegerette.&amp;#160; also had a small cup of veggie soup.&amp;#160; the killer was 2 blueberry muffins(small ones)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - kimmie&amp;#39;s bbq - 1 small piece of korean beef, two turkey sliders, some bbq rib-eyed beef, pita chips and dip.&amp;#160; i think this meal was at least 600 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;i woke up this morning, but my body felt really tired, so i decided to rest this morning.&amp;#160; i should do some sort of cardio today.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - 1 hard-boiled egg and a banana.&amp;#160; i also had coffee with nonfat milk&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;9:20 - another hard-boiled egg&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - went to sweet tomatoes, and i was soooooooooooo GOOD! LOL.&amp;#160; i had a spinach salad with kidney beans, garbanzo beans, corn, a little bit of beets, and some cucumbers.&amp;#160; i topped it off with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.&amp;#160; then i had a cup of vegetable soup.&amp;#160; i didn&amp;#39;t have bread, or the wonderful blueberry muffins.&amp;#160; **SIGH**.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2:00 - Fuji apple&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3:00 - strawberries and some tamarind&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - i did 2 set of 8 SELF strengthening exercises.&amp;#160; then sean and i ran the long route(close to 4 miles).&amp;#160; it was a good workout&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:00 - i made chicken curry with spinach and carrots last night.&amp;#160; the boys had it with rice, while i just wrapped the chicken in a brown rice tortilla.&amp;#160; then i caved and had some of my grandma&amp;#39;s dessert.&amp;#160; it was definitely not gluten free(made of sweet rice), and definitely high in sugar.&amp;#160; *SIGH*&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;
