yes, i got lazy and did not go to the gym this morning. it was retarded off me, but hopefully i can fit all my workouts into today's schedule.
6:20 - 1 hard-boiled egg(only ate half the yolk though), a small banana, and half of my sugar-free non-fat vanilla latte.
8:35 - gluten-free cereal(cinnamon). this was quite tasty. with fat-free pasteurized milk (yes, i'm paying attention to more labels now).
11:00 - worked on biceps for 25 minutes, then walked for 30 on the treadmill. after walking i did a cardio exercise. ran for 5 minutes uphill, then i switched the intensity of the uphill for 18 minutes. cooled down until i hit 30 minutes.
1:00 - salad from trader joes(southwester salad):romaine lettuce, bell peppers, black beans, and some low fat dressing. i also had a bowl of fruit(cantelope, strawberries, and grapes)
5:00 - went to yoga, and i it totally kicked my ass!!! it was definitely a good workout
8:00 - had some boiled veggies(brocolli, spinach, sweet potatoes), and half a brown rice cake. i had some tamarind and cantelope for dessert.
this weekend was a pretty bad weekend for eating. let's just leave it at that, and today will be a new day. went to the nutrition class on sunday, and i've decided to try the gluten-free detox(starting monday). hopefully it'll cleanse my system of impurities.
aah, yesterday i was sooo lazy. i didn't exercise at all. i am going to skip the company lunch today and exercise for two hours, or try to at least.
6:30 - ordered a tall non-fat sugar free caramel machiatto ( i have about 1/4 left, which i probably won't drink), and i ate 3/4 of my multi-gran roll. it's whole wheat too!!
10:20 - 1 egg white
11:30 - skipped out on the BBQ(i'm a loser!). my fault, since i didn't go to the gym this morning. anyways, i did intervals between the treadmill, and 8 different SELF strengthening exercises. treadmill total was 25 minutes. then i worked on triceps and biceps.
12:50 - tj's southwestern salad(similar to yesterday's lunch)
3:00 - 10 pretzels
6:30 - yogurt with blueberries
7:15 - tall sfv non-fat caramel machiatto
9:30 - an egg white
12:00 - had a salad from trader joes which consisted of corn, black beans, and bell peppers. i had a couple pieces of dried tamarind, and some grapes
3:00 - munched on some tamarind
6:00 - munched on watermelon
8:00 - less than a cup of whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce
5:00 - WOO HOO! i was able to pull myself out of bed and go to gold's this morning. i did 45 minutes of cardio(stairmaster, elliptical, and bike)
7:00 - went to starbucks again...got a skinny vanilla latte, and a multigran roll. the multigran roll was YUMMY!!! i had 3/4 of it, and realized that i should eat the whole thing. it ate about 217 calories. if i finish my coffee, it'll be 300 calories for breakfast.
11:00 - had an egg white and some pretzels. AAAH, i gotta stop eating these pretzels.
12:00 - let's just say i went to sweet tomatoes, and had about a 600 calorie meal. ;-)
2:30 - some cookies...let's say 4 from sweet tomatoes....SOOOOOOOOO BAD!
4:30 - some watermelon and tamarind
7:00 - ran with sean around the neighborhood. i think we went for about 3.5 miles.
8:00 - brown rice with ongchoy, brocolli, and sweet potatoes
i couldn't get my ass out of bed this morning.

7:30 - grande sfv non-fat caramel machiatto...only gonna drink half
10AM - 2 egg whites and some pretzels
11:30 - did boot camp for 20 minutes, then ran for 3 miles(27 minutes)
1:30 - fruit and tj southwestern salad
4:00 - some pretzels
4:30 - worked on back then went to hot yoga
8:00 - brown rice with ongchoy and brocolli. munched on some tamarind afterwards. i was cravin' something sweet so i had an ice cream cone!!! LOL. i've been cravin' sweets all day, and tamarind didn't even satisfy it.
YAY, i was able to hit the gym this morning. it felt good!!
5:00 - worked on shoulders for 25 minutes. i ran for 30 minutes - warmed up for 5; 10 intervals going for 1 minute at 7.5 and 30 seconds at 6.5; cooled off with a slow jog until i hit 30 minutes.
7:00 - banana, and i got a soy chai tea latte
10:00 - two egg whites
11:30 - did 8 SELF strengthening exercises(2 sets each)
1:15 - munched on some fruit
2:45 - got out of my meeting, and ate my veggie chili
WOO HOO!! Jan and I finished the Dualthon. I'm so proud of us. We did Muddy Buddy and the Dual on the same week. I thought we would be dying, but we did GOOD. No aches or pains for MB. All you gotta do is TRAIN!!!
Okay, so I think my stomach is trying to tell me something. STOP EATING SO MUCH CARBS!! let me sum up all the carbs i had over the weekend. friday night, i had bread sticks and crust. saturday i had sushi sams for lunch and naan for dinner(yes, we tried indian food!). sunday, i had different types of rice cakes for lunch and dinner. after every meal, my stomach was aching and bloated. it hurt pretty bad that i couldn't sit comfortable for hours!!!! I gotta remind myself not to go back for seconds. My body was definitely telling me that I was overeating, especially since i haven't eaten that much for 2-3 weeks.
Back to healthy eating on Monday...
ooh man, today was definitely a cheat day. i think i consumed over 2000 calories. let's list it.
i had 2 donuts throughout the day at work. i also had a grande nonfat sugar free caramel machiatto(extra foam). i drank most of it. it was YUMMY. for lunch, i had a tj's salad. not too bad. i munched on some pretzels, then had some tamarind. for dinner, we went to california pizza. i got a salad, but ordered bread sticks as well. my parents and tran had a pizza. i ate two crust corners from tran's pizza, and 4 breadsticks. i dipped those breadsticks in ranch too.
now, my stomach is bloated and i can't breathe. i think it all wants to come out. i hope i had enough carbs for tomorrow race. back to eating healthy on monday.

10:00 - some pretzels and an egg white
11:15 - aaah, i changed to run outside with my coworker, but i didn't bring any damn SOCKS!!! ggrrrr...so i just lifted, and biked for 15 minutes. yes, without socks. i felt gross, that's why i didn't finish my other 15 minutes on the bike. **SIGH**
