            <description>    &lt;p&gt;i got really lazy this morning. i woke up at 430, and it was super hot still.&amp;#160; i decided not to go to the gym today.&amp;#160; i guess i won&amp;#39;t be doing cardio, but maybe i&amp;#39;ll do some strengthening exercises tonight.&amp;#160; BIG MAYBE.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - bad breakfast....but it&amp;#39;s friday!!!!&amp;#160; i drank half of my tall skinny caramel machiatto.&amp;#160; i also bought another strawberries n cream(reduced fat, heeeheheh) coffeecake.&amp;#160; it&amp;#39;s so yummy.&amp;#160; i ate half already.&amp;#160; trying to save or throw away the other half.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;12:00 - had a 6&amp;quot; inch turkey sub, and a jamba light.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;5:00 - I MADE IT TO GOLDS!&amp;#160; did a 45 minutes cardio routine.&amp;#160; 15 minutes on the stairmaster, 15 minutes running, and 15 minutes on elliptical.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7:00 - went to starbucks cause i need coffee.&amp;#160; so i got a iced tall skinny vanilla latte.&amp;#160; i only drank half.&amp;#160; the bad part was i was tempted with a coffeecake.&amp;#160; they had a reduced fat strawberry coffeecake.&amp;#160; i&amp;#39;ve eaten half, so i think i&amp;#39;ll throw the rest away.&amp;#160; it was YUMMY!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - went to lunch with jahnny!!&amp;#160; i had a big plate of salad with fat free italian dressing and a small cup of soup.&amp;#160; WOW, i didn&amp;#39;t even go to the bread station.&amp;#160; **sigh**&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2:30 - big bowl of fruit&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - fruit lather&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - i made turkey slides.&amp;#160; i had one slider on hawaiian bread, and then one small turkey pattie with salad.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;BOY, i feel asleep around 8PM!!&amp;#160; I was suppose to do my strengthening exercises. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;7:00 - an egg white, and i bought a grande skinny vanilla latte with extra foam.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;so i only drank half of my vanilla latte&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:00 - a cup of cereal with nonfat milk.&amp;#160; didn&amp;#39;t drink the milk&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:10 - went on the elliptical for 30 minutes.&amp;#160; then worked on back for another 20 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;12:45 - munchin&amp;#39; on fruit.&amp;#160; got a meeting at 1, so i&amp;#39;ll each my sammich later.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3:40 - wow my meeting ran super long.&amp;#160; finally ate my 6&amp;quot; sub, and it didn&amp;#39;t taste so good.&amp;#160; probably because i didn&amp;#39;t eat it right away.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4:45 - walked for 20 minutes, then went to hot yoga&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:00 - had a salad with tomatoes, strawberries, and dried cranberries.&amp;#160; a 4oz steak with some ketchup.&amp;#160; had a vietnamese dessert, and some tamarind.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;it was nonstop this weekend, and by the time i got home from my mom&amp;#39;s house, i was pooped!&amp;#160; i slept at 730 last night!!!&amp;#160; woke around 4:45 and got myself out of bed to go to the gym.&amp;#160; but as i was brushing my teeth, my body was still TIRED and i was on my rag...so i decided not to go to golds.&amp;#160; LOL, i know i know...it&amp;#39;s bad, and the people there are probably wondering where i&amp;#39;ve been.&amp;#160; this has been the longest hiatus that I&amp;#39;ve had with gold&amp;#39;s.&amp;#160; oh well, gotta workout harder at lunch and TONIGHT!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:30 - 2 egg whites, and about to go get a chai tea with soy milk&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:05 - a cup of cereal with nonfat milk&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - starting off month #2 of SELF cardio exercises.&amp;#160; The first cardio exercises is 30 minutes doing intervals.&amp;#160; My choice this time was 5 minute warm-up at 4mph.&amp;#160; Then 6 intervals: 2 minutes at 8mph and 1 minute recovery at 6mph.&amp;#160; it was freakin&amp;#39; hard.&amp;#160; on my 5th interval i rested by switching it up(1 minute at 8mph and 2 minutes at 6mph).&amp;#160; i finished the last interval strong though.&amp;#160; it was torture!&amp;#160; for the last 7 minutes, i cooled down at 4mph.&amp;#160; afterwards, i worked on biceps for a good 30 minutes.&amp;#160; definitely a good workout!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1:20 - veggie chili with some pretzels&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2:35 - mangos and watermelon&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3:10 - munchin on some almonds and pretzels at our 3&amp;#39; oclock meeting.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - 4oz piece of salmon with some green beans.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:00 - did 8 new SELF strengthening exercises&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;aaah, the race is the morning.&amp;#160; i&amp;#39;m freakin&amp;#39; nervous!!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7:00 - banana&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:30 - aaaah, i ran the 10K!!!&amp;#160; WOO HOO!! i barely finished under an hour.&amp;#160; 59:33 was the time..i think. it was a very hard run, especially the 3rd and 4th mile.&amp;#160; i&amp;#39;ll be better prepared next time.&amp;#160; WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - we headed to kim tar, and i just shared some egg noodles with tran.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2:00 - munchin&amp;#39; on some tarmarind and watermelon&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - took tran&amp;#39;s parents and my parents out to eat for their birthdays and mother day.&amp;#160; we ate at gochi.&amp;#160; it was greeeeeeat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:30 - had some starbucks and m&amp;amp;ms at the alicia keys concert.&amp;#160; lol.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;

            <description>    &lt;p&gt;6:30 - cereal with nonfat milk and im sippin&amp;#39; on my tall soy chai tea latte&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;10:00 - nonfat strawberry yogurt&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;11:30 - biked for 25 minutes, then lifted for 20&amp;#160; minutes&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1:00 - watermelon, strawberries, and a handful of pretzels...HAD NO TIME TO EAT REAL FOOD!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4:20 - scarfed down my reduced fat shrimp louie salad.&amp;#160; it was soooooooooo good.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;6:00 - so sean, tran, and i ran around the lundy area.&amp;#160; we did a slow jog for about 4.2 miles.&amp;#160; the boys did a good job. i was proud of them!!!&amp;#160; lol.&amp;#160; hopefully they won&amp;#39;t be too sore, because i don&amp;#39;t want to hear any excuses about Saturday.&amp;#160; i heard enough of it before we did the run today.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;8:00 - had a bowl of chili, a lot of watermelon, and munched on tamarind.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;
